Uranus
An ice giant tipped on its side, at the edge of naked-eye visibility.
Uranus is just about visible to the eye from a very dark site if you know exactly where to look; binoculars make it easy as a small blue-green star.
It was the first planet discovered with a telescope, by William Herschel in 1781.
